I Am Getting Undigested Food From Faecas, why Any Gastro Doctors Out There? I Don't Have Insurance Till September And Trying To Find A Few Answers?

Any gastro doctors out there? I don't have insurance till september and trying to find a few answers? - i am getting undigested food from faecas, why

BACKGROUND:
I am a woman of 20 years
Gallbladder was removed at age 17
He has had digestive problems for 15 years, also had hemorrhoids (which does not really bother me to keep it under control)
I was diagnosed with IBS, Chronos I, I tried.

We turn now ...
Ive hours have been crazy. I worked 70 hours per week, I'm about 60 hours per week. (tryign to study finance is not funny ....) I'm wayyyy too much caffeine. I have a "roadmap" to try the liver cleansing, urinate and eliminate that everyone, and it has worked well. I improved my diet, still not great, because I'm so busy, but not bad. I work 3 days per week andI'm making pretty decent.

He suggested I take digestive enzymes because I felt very swollen for a long time, even after using the toilet. Also gave me a diaretic because I was thinkign contraception, the weight of the water. Helped in some resolve, and certainly not the swelling. Enzymes have worked hard. They have helped me digest food better.

Lately, but ... My digestion is very free, even with enzymes. (There is also a good quality enzyme) through the bowel movements, I noticed many of undigested food. I am not selected nutrients in foods as well. I felt weak. Bebo about 70-90 liters of water per day, and weakness.

Has anyone a chanceIdeas of what could cause this. Could be just my lack of sleep? (Just give me about 4-5 hours per night) Is it the caffeine? Could a combination? I feel so bad, sometimes.

Whatever .. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Caffeine definitely make digested food through your system quickly and perish without it. Before I raise the doc, your fiber intake. Worth Switch to high-fiber bread (9 or more grams / pc) fiber cereals, fiber bars, apples, etc. a try!
