I've heard that some airlines, you can work 4 days a week to the Personnel Department for 10 days you get your 40 hours. Does anyone know of a company in Dallas, TX offer that?

I worked for a company called Telvista and worked in 4, 3 off. They are a call center, but if the time should be flexible. I believe most call centers provide this flexibility, however, because now I'm not in it.
